Flavor Profile: Mildly spicy with that traditional peppery radish zing and hints of botanical notes at the end.

Color/Texture: Bold, dark green leaves with bright pink, red and white stems that are crisp and crunchy.

Nutrients: Vitamins A and C for healthy immune system function. Vitamin E is an antioxidant helping to filter free radicals and prevent cell damage. Vitamin K is essential for blood clotting to help wounds heal faster. Plus an enormous amount of minerals like folate, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc and carotenes.
