Our naturally-grown, freshly harvested Buckwheat Microgreens are grown with CERTIFIED NON-GMO, ORGANIC SEEDS using 100% Organic practices and these unique micros are now available exclusively at Lake Michigan Farms!

Flavor Profile: Faintly tart and slightly sweet all at the same time with light citrusy notes and herbal undertones. 

Color/Texture: Leafy Green tops that are tender and succulent. Tall stems are a light yellow to soft pink and crisp.

Nutrition: **GLUTEN-FREE** Of all our offerings, Buckwheat is the only one with all of the essential amino acids our bodies need to function; which means its a complete source of protein. There’s also a rich amount of fiber that aids in digestion. Filled with antioxidants to speed up cell regeneration. Vitamin E for skin elasticity. Minerals such as iron, magnesium and zinc.
