This hearty leafy green is a painter’s muse in the garden and rarely, if ever found at the store here on Beaver Island! Ruby Red Swiss Chard Microgreens will always have the most vibrant Fuschia colored stems and contrasting Lime Green leaves. It inspires us to want to redesign the place every time we harvest. By capturing these at the microgreen stage, we are able to box up that earthy essence without losing the abundance of nutrients Swiss Chard provides. Grown by hand from CERTIFIED NON-GMO, ORGANIC SEEDS using 100% Organic Methods. Larger portions available upon request.

Naturally-grown, freshly harvested Ruby Red Swiss Chard Microgreens are one of our most popular items that guarantee your meals are filled with color, flavor and an array of health benefits!

Flavor Profile: Mildly earthy with faint notes of Spinach.

Color/Texture: Bright red/dark pink stems that are delicate with smooth, crisp, chartreuse (lime green) leaves.
